Product Overview

Derunbao Lingwei 9107 is a professional polyurea-based special lubricating grease independently developed for industrial robot harmonic reducers. Adopting high-grade full-synthetic base oil and polyurea thickening agent, compounded with high-efficiency anti-oxidation, extreme-pressure anti-wear and anti-rust additives via special process. It features ultra-low starting torque at low temperature, excellent anti-fretting wear performance, outstanding shear stability and ultra-long service life. It perfectly adapts to the extreme working conditions of harmonic reducers such as micro-amplitude reciprocating operation, frequent start-stop, alternating load and precision flexible gear transmission. It effectively suppresses precision wear and operational vibration, maintains long-term transmission accuracy stability, and solves common failures such as accuracy attenuation and abnormal noise of harmonic reducers after long-term operation.
