Product description
Sinopec General Lithium Base Grease(GP-A) is a multipurpose grease with excellent mechanical and oxidation stability , good water resistance and corrosion protection properties. It is formulated with a organic lithium thickener and high-quality refined mineral oil. It contains rust and oxidation inhibitors to ensure excellent performance and long life. Available in NLGI grades 1, 2 ,3T and 3.
Applications
Sinopec General Lithium Base Grease (GP-A) is suitable for use in:
- General lubrication of rolling bearings, sliding bearings and other friction points of mechanical equipment, where there is no requirement for load carrying properties.
- Applications where the temperature range is from –20°C to +120°C.
Features and benefits
- Excellent water resistance means that the grease stays in place and is not washed or sprayed off in wet conditions, reducing the need for frequent re-application.
- Protection against rust and corrosion ensures long component life, and extends maintenance intervals.
- Good oxidation stability ensures longer grease life, providing optimum lubrication, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance requirements.
- Adheres strongly to metal surfaces, sealing out dirt and abrasive materials, ensuring longer lubricating intervals.
- Available in NLGI grades 1, 2 , 3T and 3 to meet the requirements of different applications.
