Installation & CAN Bus Initialization Notes
Based on feedback from over 500 repair shops we supply, here is the correct installation sequence for Geely AC control panels:
Disconnect the battery and wait 10 minutes to reset the CAN bus.
Remove the center console trim using plastic trim tools. Do not pry with metal tools.
Disconnect the factory connector. Check the pin-out against the new panel — do not force the connector.
Install the new panel and reconnect the battery.
Turn ignition ON and wait 3 full minutes for CAN bus initialization before testing.
If the display remains blank, turn ignition OFF, wait 1 minute, and repeat.
